I work from the belief that people aren’t problems to be solved—they’re stories unfolding. The approaches I use, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Schema Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), and the Gottman Method for couples, are all grounded in one central idea: you’re already whole—and everything you do makes sense in context.
In our work, we’ll explore the patterns that show up in your thoughts, your relationships, and even between us in session. We’ll gently make space for the parts of you that protect, perform, or pull away—and learn how to relate to those parts with more flexibility and compassion.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, OCD, past trauma, spiritual deconstruction, or relationships, our sessions will offer a space to practice being more present, more honest, and more connected—both with yourself and with others. We won’t just talk about change. We’ll practice it, in real time.
